Glib Kazak is a Pensacola-based residential real estate developer who began his career in 2015. Since then, he has completed more than 60 projects, ranging from land development to new residential construction.

At the center of his work is a passion for creating distinctive homes with architectural character—projects designed not only for the people who live in them, but also for the streets and neighborhoods they become part of.

Originally from Ukraine and raised in a family with several generations of architects, Kazak’s connection to architecture began long before his career in development. His grandfather, Vladlen Semenov, served for more than 15 years as Chief Architect of Kharkiv and helped shape residential districts and urban development for a city of millions.

From him came a principle that continues to influence Kazak’s work today: create for people, and give the community the highest quality of work you are capable of producing.

For Kazak, every project begins with a concept and ends with something much larger—a home, a place, and a lasting contribution to the city.
